Now John, I don’t mean to be a hard-on about this, but the Cat in the Hat ride is not at Disney. It’s at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. And you’re right — it’s great fun, as is the whole Seuss Island. Incidentally, IOA is my favorite theme park (and I am a bit of a coaster junkie). It has all of the attention to design of Disney with all of the crazy-good rides of a Six Flags. LOVE IT.
PS: Glad to have “Matinee Death Match” back. Probably the best installment yet.

This is true I totally mixed that up. Mea culpa. I do love IOA, the Spider-Man ride is so freakin awesome!!!

Spider Man, yes. And the Hulk Coaster, yes yes! I can’t wait to go back and check out the Harry Potter world. It was under construction the last time I was there.

P.S. Expendables was good times, indeed. Dolph remains my favorite and is proof that we Scandinavians age more gracefully than some. *cough* [STALLONE] *cough*
I spent the majority of the movie distracted by his puffy face, distinct lack of wrinkles around his eyes, and “Woolly Willy” magna-doodle facial hair. What the SHEEZEY???
Another movie currently in theaters that, on a personal level, I’m really psyched on is “Scott Pilgrim vs. The World.” I was totally prepared to hate it, but I should have known better than to doubt Edgar Wright. Super-enjoyable- I actually saw it twice!

Haven’t caught Scott Pilgrim yet, my schedule has blown lately, but I fully intend to be all over that ASAP.
